hands up for jesus!

Lots of people in the church were busy doing things, making and cleaning things and the very young people wanted to do something special for the Growing for the Green Project.

An inspired junior church  leader came up with the hands print idea which the youngest children thought was wonderful : messy and glorious! After they had been draped in old tee shirts on successive Sunday mornings, they were given saucers filled with bright paints and squidged  and squeezed their hand prints onto canvas.

When dry, the canvas was individually decorated by a talented young woman and all the prints are now displayed on the corridor wall seen from the Cafe. Hands up for Jesus indeed!
